Philips People Services
Philips People Services (PPS) is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. A team of highly-motivated HR professionals delivering cost-effective HR services to Philips employees, people managers, and HR colleagues. The ultimate mission of PPS is to provide high-quality people and organizational data management as well as the timely organization of business interviews of hiring managers with candidates. PPS is also a single point of contact for HR-related questions, HR information, HR processes, and tools.  
  
HR Advisors – the team serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers to provide self-service support, as well as ensuring accurate and useful transactions and prompt inquiry resolution. Working virtually, they provide end-to-end customer support resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.   
  
Administration & Payroll – The A&P team is responsible for providing the transactional and administrative services related to in-scope processes (e.g., personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration), including mass transaction updates.  
  
Talent Acquisition Operations – the TA Operations team is responsible for quick and professional communication between the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and candidates. The team consistently delivers service and support of the highest standards, ensuring the most positive candidate experience. Moreover, TA Operations provides various TA reports, analytics, and supporting purchase processes within the HR domain.
