Our leadership asks:

Find out what it takes to
be a leader at Philips

Great leadership is guided by integrity, translates vision into reality and empowers teams to succeed together. At Philips, our leaders are role models and changemakers and should be the best they can be – for our organization, our people and themselves. They have an important, impactful role to play. That’s why our Leadership Asks – a set of five essential principles - clearly define the qualities and behaviors we expect and champion.

1. You are bold with a Customer First and enterprise leadership mindset.

This means:
  • You are outcomers-oriented, keeping the bigger picture in mind and focusing on your customer's success ahead of organization's or your own.
  • You take action to deliver impact. You will focus (fewer) to deliver quality and customer success (better) and scale (bigger).
  • You orchestrate end-to-end execution and optimize performance across the enterprise.
