Giving back is a part of who we are

Every Philips employee is granted one day per year to volunteer. When 78,000+ employees are empowered to serve the world in this way, we create an inspiring impact. More than 5.1 million people’s lives in underserved settings have been improved with over 150 coordinated impact projects. 

Add that to the fact that Philips Foundation focuses our employees' volunteering efforts on a single global healthcare topic, such as reducing worldwide child mortality rates caused by childhood pneumonia, and you begin to understand how we, as a team, can truly make a difference.
