Quality, customer care
One of the biggest questions we get nowadays is about disinfecting equipment to make sure patients are safe. Dana shares that we are able to provide our customers and their patients with up to date information and quality customer care in order to help them continue treatment. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Working as a team
Shane, a Regional Service Manager at Philips, shares that they have been able to set up many units at different facilities and have worked together as a team to be able to accomplish that. Although the teams have faced several obstacles, they are working together to deliver for our customers during these times.
Using technology to provide customer service 
Clinical Application Specialist Desmond shares how the Cleveland Training Center has used their technology to accelerate and maximize training, including video, during training days to better support our customers.
Taking care of the heroes in the trenches 
Recently, doctors and nurses have been shaving their facial hair in order to reduce the risk of contamination and for their masks to fit more securely. At Philips, we are proud to say that we have found an easy and comfortable solution for healthcare providers to continue to do their work safely.
Innovation and collaboration 
Times are changing and we need to be able to think fast in order to provide quality customer care. Glenn, one of our Field Service Engineers, was able to think outside the box to be able to service an ultrasound machine that was down.
Coming together and making things happen 
In the past few weeks, David has helped set up three different facilities that are treating COVID-19 patients. During time of hardship,Philips is able to work together with project managers, customers and third party contractors to make things happen.
