A decade ago, the Philips solutions installation base was minimal. I work closely with public hospitals, partnering distributors in replacement and upgrading of existing equipment and systems, which has a direct impact on the quality of healthcare available to patients. I’m proud to say that I’ve built a strong distributor sales team to support the on-going partnership.
Nguyen Thi Hue Chi
Key Account Manager Hanoi, Vietnam
Before, I was working at hospitals. In my career at Philips, I’ve traveled around the ASEAN region teaching close to 1,000 caregivers. During one of my trips to Cambodia, within three days, a group of nurses became competent in how to use the equipment. Knowing that my work has improved the lives of patients has made my career very satisfying.
Sheik Ismaildeen
Modality Sales Specialist, MRI and Digital X-Ray System, Singapore
I had been working as a radiographer for almost 12 years, and I wanted to remain close to patients, so transitioning to a corporate role was an option. It’s extremely rewarding to help hospitals find the right solutions so they can offer an enhanced overall patient experience and quality of care, while helping caregivers be more efficient.
Karen TaylorClinical Adoption Specialist
Sydney, Australia
In order to open up the market, I worked with colleagues from sales, marketing, clinical and research departments to find hospitals’ pain points. I investigated the product side, screened and convinced partners from the sales side, and planned and improved things with customers on the clinical and research sides.
