Our traineeships are designed to give you real, hands-on experience at the leading edge of HealthTech. Over our traineeships' two to three-year duration, you'll be allowed to choose assignments that match your career interests in everything from marketing to engineering, from software, mechanical or industrial, to the complexities of supply chain management.

​​​​​​​Working at Philips: Inside High Tech Campus in The Netherlands
You'll also learn a lot from sharing your experiences with other Philips trainees and from experienced mentors. You'll be creating the foundation of a supportive business network that will benefit your career globally. After two to three years of accelerated learning and practical experience, you will be firmly in the driving seat when it comes to steering your career in the direction you want at Philips.    
We have traineeship programs in the major hubs throughout EMEA, such as The Netherlands and Germany. We also hire trainees in other markets such as the UK, Poland and France.   

We hire trainees into:

Software development 
Research 
Marketing 
Finance 
Supply Chain Management 
Strategy 
IT 
And other functions across EMEA 
 
What you can expect
Personal development is something we take very seriously at Philips. When you come aboard as a trainee. You will be expected to take ownership of parts of your development, like finding a mentor, teaming up with communities, and looking for opportunities for professional development to discuss with your manager.    
 
Your team will want to know what you think, and your ideas will be listened to, just as each employee's voice is heard equally.  How much you speak and how fast you grow is up to you.

You're eligible for our traineeship program if you:  

• Will soon finish or have recently graduated with a Master's degree in a related field.  
• Have a maximum of one year of work experience.  
• Are self-motivated and have a curious mind.  
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. 
• Have international experience, work or travel, or a demonstrably global mindset. 
• Speak and write English fluently.
