Flexible vacation days are provided so you may take time to rest and relax. Employees accrue time based on years of service with a minimum of 3 weeks.
New Parents
Up to maximum 17 weeks of maternity leave top up payment for birth mothers and up to maximum 5 weeks of paid parental leave top up payment for fathers and adoptive parents. The top up payments are in addition to the EI benefits. As well as paid Significant Other Birth Event Leave.
Compassionate Care Leave
Up to maximum of 5 weeks of compassionate care top up payment to employees who qualify for and take a Compassionate Care leave.

Financial Health
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees can purchase Philips stock at a 15% discount through payroll deductions, with no brokers fee. Any dividends are automatically reinvested in Philips stock.

Long-Term Disability Plans
LTD begins after 26 weeks of total disability. Available for eligible employees to protect against financial hardship resulting from personal illness or injury that requires medical absence for an extended period of time.
