How does it work?

Positions

 
You’ll rotate through two different 12-month roles within one of our businesses, giving you the best way to land in the company.

​​​​​​​To kick start your career at Philips, in partnership with your people leader and program manager, we design the programs to match your career aspirations, build key skills, create one-of-a-kind experiences, and ultimately bring out the best in you.

Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.

​​​​​​​You’ll get hands-on experience in different roles and one-to-one mentoring. You can even take on short-term gigs in a totally different part of Philips to help you build your passion and potential. On top of that, we’ll design an interactive learning curriculum together with our career center to give you what you need to shape your amazing future.
