Philips Graduate Development Program

#LifeatPhilips is about seeing possibilities and seizing opportunities, being entrepreneurial and reinventing yourself. 

That’s how it has always been, ever since Frederik and Gerald Philips opened a small light bulb factory in Eindhoven. Fast-forward 130 years, and today we’re a leading health technology company.

Now we’ve created a two-year development program to bring this can-do spirit to life to you, our leaders of tomorrow. 

What’s unique about the program?

THREE positions Now is the time to explore possibilities. You’ll have the chance to experience various projects and roles, rotating through three different assignments during your time with us. After the first one, you’ll be in control of choosing what comes next. You can stick to one specialization or branch out in new directions within your function. It’s your future and your decision.

TWO years  The development program is a two-year journey to give you time and space to get to know us and learn about yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all. You’ll get hands-on experience in different roles and one-to-one mentoring. On top of that, we’ll design an interactive learning curriculum together with our career center to give you what you need to shape the future you choose.
ONE global family No one can be the best on their own. Our collaborative culture brings together diverse teams to support each other, expand our perspectives, and be our best. This global Graduate Development Program is the first of its kind for us. We’ve designed it to connect graduates around the world with Philips and with each other, so you can share your experiences, learn from your peers, and find your place.
