I've been so fortunate that everybody is so supportive of my development and they're there to answer questions that I have But my manager, she's so lovely. She puts in bi-weekly calls to catch up on my goals. We have one to ones and we talk about the project that I'm working on and areas where I need support and we also have monthly team meetings where we come together to discuss what we're working on in any support that we need from people in the team that may work in other functions But it's a very good team and she's so lovely and I'm grateful that I have.
